[/quote] Person who first brought up MDS, 1) she gets the best deal for her sellers at least in our experience as a buyer from her 2) she has a lot of listings in this area so if you want pocket listings it makes sense to secure her as the buyer agent (you will have to waive the double agency or figure out something within her brokerage I imagine)[/quote]
