A friend put a bid in that escalated to slightly over asking and it was rejected. I think they thought they could start a bidding war on this property, which is insane because the asking is perfectly priced. It sounds like they are making a big mistake. One more week on the market and everyone will be convinced there is something really wrong with this property.
