I have an egg allergy, but my 4YO loves scrambled eggs- at other people's houses. When I try to make them for her, she does not enjoy, and I am can't taste them. What do people generally put in them so toddlers like them. Milk? Lots of butter?
Shredded cheese! That's the only way my kids eat them. Also a good sprinkle of salt and glug of milk, whisk well, warm buttered pan starting on medium heat, but move lower as they cook. I sprinkle the cheese on top right after I pour into the pan, use a spatula to move cooked parts to middle of pan from tome to time, letting liquid move into areas you pushed from. Towards end, flip pieces over as needed to ensure fully cooked.
