If I'm late, messy, leave them the boxes to discard without asking, etc. I don't deserve one. But if I'm prompt, efficient, well mannered, and leave the home clean, only then will I feel good to receive a tip. Believe me, it's not a get rich quick scheme on our end. I have to get lucky and fill an entire day to make it worth what I'd make elsewhere working another full time job. Which is luck of the draw as far as how many people In my area need my service and how quickly I can book it before another Pro Service Member does it first.

Hopefully this clears up any confusion some may have about whether we deserve tips or not. Some may have been under the impression we get a healthy chunk of the Assembly fee. Gosh I wish! Haha [/quote]
