[/quote] Yes, he has because the GOP has packed the court with fringe radicals that are pushing policy that is out of touch with most Americans. He could previously side with the regressive right without fear of these laws being enacted but the Trump appointees the extremists have a supermajority. He has to draw the line otherwise they'll lose legitimacy in the eyes of most people.[/quote]
