There are many others.  And, he has been a known liar for years.  He had to drop out of his first run for president in 1987 because he plagiarized a speech and lied about his law school record.  
And, he also lied about his first wife being killed by a drunk driver.  The truck driver was NOT drunk and according to witness and evidence, it was his wife that pulled into the truck driver's right of way.

Anyone who believed Joe would be a "truth-teller" is ignorant of his past.

I don’t actually care any more. What Trump taught me is that lies in office are irrelevant compared to policy outcomes.

I used to want truthful presidents that I could admire, like Obama. I see now that I was naive and wrong. Trump has taught me that. The only way to destroy the fascist cancer of Trumpism is to act like him.[/quote]
