We have not seen the email. The allegations are from close to 20 years ago. The case could have been reported, the Teacher on adminstrative leave then, investigated, and dismissed. If the case was dismissed, the Teacher would be allowed to return to the classroom. They probably changed schools because of rumors and the like.
