It is VERY difficult to believe that APD and the prosecutor's office proceeded with an arrest and criminal court case based on a negative rape kit test. Stop throwing out false trails and defending a rapist. There is no doubt in my mind that the girl, the doctors and nurses who attended to her, the police officers and the detectives, and the prosecuting attorneys are much more believable as a group than the rapist and his attorney. The right question is being asked. Is that poor girl back in school and is her rapist also there at the same school? That is an injustice beyond belief if it is true.[/quote]
