Presumably when the girl was hospitalized, a rape kit test was performed. Was it negative?
Are we to assume people are rapist based on accusation, and not conviction?

I don't care who did it or where it happened or why it may have happened... I just want to know IT DID HAPPEN!
Also, the person who attacks should be kicked out of school. No in-person for them.
This is why we need the Clery Act for K-12 schools:

Universities were notorious for covering up crimes on campus to make the school look good. This forced them to report them, basically the day they happened.

I know I am not going to let the silence of ACPS and the unconscionable response of the city deter me from holding those who think parents and community members have no right no knowledge any of this responsible. This is not a left or right issue - this is keeping kids safe. Parents are an essential part of the team to devise ways and offer insight into do just that.

Just because the prosecution failed to prove the case at trial beyond a reasonable doubt, doesn’t mean it didn’t occur or that the victim wasn’t in fact assaulted. These cases are complicated and it’s difficult to secure a conviction, often because the victim is too scared or traumatized to pursue it and testify at trial.
