Agreed, PP. I have found the people who post several times a day are incredibly boring and the narcissistic posts make me want to throw up. I mean, really, who cares how much you ran today? The posts I enjoy the most are ones that turn me on to an inspiring quote I have never heard of. And the people who post the least tend to post things that are more interesting when they do post. In general, I would say that the more I have learned about some of my FB friends through their ramblings and boasts, the less I like them in real life.
To each his own, I love reading about what other moms in particular are doing for exercise, especially if they are working moms. I need all the inspiration I can get. It helps me think that if they can do it being a working mom, then I should be able to make the time too. I see those moms who are in amazing shape and it is a reminder to me that if I want to be in that kind of shape, the dedication and drive it takes.
