Full disclosure, this property was in Ashton, or is in Ashton and its a historical cemetery no longer in use. Put in an offer at the asking price, didn't get accepted so we probably got outbid. The entire project is a tear down, and the price was so low that we probably could have done the entire thing for about 750K, maybe less. Had the builder and everything lined up, will be curious to see what the finished product is. [/quote]
