Are they nosy?[/quote] The yard actually looked okay in the rain (no pooling of water at all), and we put the paperwork together for a lower offer, but not insultingly low--10% off. However, after thinking about it more last night, we're going to pass. We lived in apartments for 13 years in NYC and now rent a home with the most amazing yard, which we use every day. Even with a newborn and a 3 year old, I'm in the yard all the time and love being able to walk out into the backyard and just relax. On to the next house....
