I don't keep track of calories or carbs or size of servings, I eat until I'm full but not stuffed. I run a little, hike and do a lot of yoga, and also a ton of gardening which is my hobby / passion. I volunteer with the park service, so I usually walk the trails for 2-3 hours each week. I'm 46 y/o, 5'7 and 130 lbs. [/quote]
