No breakfast - studies came out showing that the "you must eat breakfast to stay thin and healthy" was garbage. All eating breakfast does was add additional calories to your day.

Only on DCUM gluttony is normal, but eating in moderation, or avoiding meat, is gross and considered "starvation".
Omg! It’s the person who accuses everyone of disordered eating. I bet you are fun at cocktail parties.

Breakfast: tea with lemon and sometimes a bit of honey
Lunch today was 1/2 a minneola orange and a roll (delicious home baked)
Dinner. Some leftover chicken dish with potatoes and onions, green beans and tomatoes PLUs another bit of leftover pesto pasta with shrimp
Then later while watching tv I will likely eat 1/2 pint of ice cream which I do MANY evenings
I did 1.5 hr stretch class today. And some days I walk or have horse riding lesson but mostly drive kids many hours every week and do lots of stairs running up and down doing laundry. I am very happy and lucky to be thin! But the age spots on my hands make me look at least 85!

Anyway I literally have small bones fwiw.
I don’t drink my calories. I have one cup of coffee in the AM with a little sugar & a little milk - but other than that water and one la croix daily.
I should probably eat something different for breakfast but most days I have one packet of Quaker maple & brown sugar oatmeal made with hot water.
Morning snack is often apple & PB. And then it kind of goes downhill from there.
I drink alcohol fairly moderately. One to two drinks a week on average I would say. I exercise at least 20 mins 6 days a week.
I’m trying to limit myself to one dessert daily of around 100 cals.
I try not to do anything too crazy because if it’s too strict of a diet - I can’t maintain it. I try for slow and steady and what I can keep up with long term.

B: banana, oatmeal with flax and chia seeds, water
L: lentil soup, piece of sourdough bread, water
D: Marinated tofu, white rice, roasted broccoli, water
Dessert: a piece of chocolate covered strawberry from Trader Joe's
OMG. I would starve to death on that. Are you kidding me? That's all you eat? I'm 5'5", 130 pounds, and I eat at least 2,500-3,500 calories a day with at least 50 grams of that in protein every day. I'm active but I'm not crazed about it - I walk or jog a few miles, my job keeps me active, and I have a lot of kids so I am running around the whole time I'm home - in other words it isn't like I'm training for a marathon. If I ate what you eat in a day by afternoon time I would be so ravenous I probably would start eating my kids.
