I think you are overthinking this based on stereotypes of gang activity in South Central LA in the 80s or something. You are likely to find gang activity near all of those metro stations late at night. I live in HVL and I’d never heard those two gang names mentioned before. MS13 yes, but that activity tends to be out in Riverdale towards Kenilworth and the parkway.[/quote]
