What? One has nothing whatsoever to do with the other.  Owners want winners.  Players and coaches are two different things.  Give me the name of a bankable black coach and I'm sure he'd have a great shot at getting hired.  This isn't affirmative action like college or government employment.[/quote]

Troy Vincent explains it pretty well. There is a blatant double standard when it comes to hiring and retaining black coaches vs white coaches.
