Saturday morning, I consumed the only piece of bacon I'll probably eat all year. Yes, I'm thrifty and yes, I'm taking the opportunity to enjoy the boatload of vegetables I typically eat prepared with something other than my usual EVOO. Considering I'm 5'3" and 110lbs. with low blood pressure and low cholesterol, this feels 100% logical to me in my one wild and precious life. Enjoy your day![/quote]
