Marshall is 6% AA and 16.2% Hispanic, and there is economic diversity as well (some of the wealthiest parts of Vienna and Falls Church, middle-class area in Pimmit Hills, and lower-income apartments off Route 7 all feed into Marshall). It's not a cliquish place, and it's a fairly low-key environment compared to schools like Langley, McLean or Madison. South Lakes is more diverse than Marshall. Test scores are a good bit lower, which reflects the socio-economic mix. South Lakes has a very good track record with college admissions. Many of the elementary schools that feed into South Lakes like Terraset are quite diverse. Someone mentioned Sunrise Valley ES, but that's probably one of South Lakes' least diverse feeders. [/quote]
