Thank you! Gateway Grand looks like a very nice building but seems to lack the kid-amenities of Sea Watch/Quay/Capri? So far I think Sea Watch would be best for our needs if I can find a non VRBO unit for less than a week! Wish me luck![/quote]

Sea Watch does have really nice amenities but most units rent for a minimum of 7 days in the summer. Some of the Vacasa units rent for shorter stays but it is going to cost you almost as much as a full week elsewhere. Have you looked at hotels instead?[/quote]

That is ridiculous. Vacasa is charging insane amounts and it is mostly in fees that don't even go to the owner of the unit. It looks like your best bet for Sea Watch units are either something privately owned on VRBO (watch out because most of the listings are actually from Vacasa),
