I saw a giant billboard that Amick Farms is now paying $18 per hour to work in the chicken processing plant. Prior to covid chicken processing plant workers started at $10 per hour on Delmarva. Now rates of pay start at $18 per hour and all of the factories are struggling to find workers--Perdue, Amick Farms etc.[/quote]
