The teacher union is against this so MCPS have been soft with employees who blatantly violate the Code of Conduct. I hope the media will ask some hard questions to MCPS like were there violations of the Code of Conduct of this employee that MCPS knew about or should have known about before the arrest warrant was issued? Also, the investigation began in October. When did MCPS put this staff member/coach on administrative leave? He was coaching Cross Country and Indoor Track - right?
