Wouldn't it be easier to have wheels? Car seat + luggage + kid = too much [/quote] At that age, we checked our travel car seat bag (it's free) and used an umbrella stroller in the airport (you can check that at the gate). You don't want to haul a convertible seat onto the airplane. Your kid won't be comfortable, and they will kick the hell out of the seat in front of them. If you're getting them their own seat, use a CARES harness.[/quote]
