[/quote] This is what my pediatrician told my mom over 40 years ago. My mom used to say “you eat like a bird”, and growing up my nickname was Bones. I used to pack a 1/2 sandwich for lunch and only eat 1/2 of it. I just wasn’t that hungry. FF and I’m now a healthy 47 year old. Try to relax, OP, and follow her hunger cues.
