He has discussed this incident in Council hearings about police reform and repeatedly said he was pulled over for the expired registration tabs. And he was mad about that because of the moratorium Hogan had placed on renewals during covid. Everybody knows he was pulled over for talking on a cell phone, but he never mentioned that part. And what 30-something person pays by check anymore? I don't believe anything he's saying.[/quote]
