The country is the Netherlands and it's absolutely fascinating research comparing two countries with similar rates of sexual experimentation but much lower STD rates and much lower teen pregnancy. Sex in the Netherlands attends to occur in relationships, not in random hook ups as often seen in the States. The title of her book is, "Not Under My Roof." [/quote]
