My son used to play for Alexandria. If you mean that there are at least some quality players on all of the teams, I totally agree. If you mean that the players on the bottom teams are quality in general, as a whole, I disagree. When my son was younger, he was somewhat overweight, and so he was not a top player, and belonged on a lower team because he was not that fast - I am totally fine with that. But what we saw were a group of kids who were unable to grasp some of the concepts that Alexandria is trying to teach. Yes of course, and that is totally fine.  Point is that they should train the "less talented" kids on improving their fitness and developing more basic technical skills.  Not that there is anything at all wrong with being on a bottom team and working to improve.  Since that is exactly what my own child did, elsewhere, clearly, I think that is a good objective.
