The team manager should be with the parents during games. He/she should be there for and questions parents may have. They are an extension of their club almost an ambassador. If opposing team families have questions about the club as well. [/quote]

Our club does not have parent team managers.  The club handles everything.  Parents have zero involvement.[/quote]

I loved that about Barca.  Also- no parent volunteers for anything. Just show up and drop your kid off.  It was worth the extra $$ :lol: [/quote]
