+1. The last thing I’d want to do is buy a huge asset with someone who is thoughtless and careless about it and just wants it over with. Wtf.  Work as a team or you will freak her out and be divorced. Do you even know how to take care of a house and yard? Maybe you don’t and it’s showing… [/quote]
