How is this not a conflict of interest? I try to be supportive of ACPS leadership and would not normally care about his book deal. But he hasn't done a stellar job of reopening in Delta. Writing a book is very time consuming. I think Dr. Hutchings is an example of someone who is very smart and charasmatic, but not a good manager. I'm a fed and we have a lot of people like that in government. They get promoted for being impressive or using whatever buzzwords are in HBR. [/quote]
