It just does not seem worth it to pay more and take on more debt now for another house (even if we can afford it), and go through all the hassle and trouble, and transaction costs, to move to another house in this same area.  I think we'd only do it if the family were "bursting at the seams" and miserable in the old house that the move was without a doubt necessary.  But I'm not sure that will ever happen.[/quote]
