I am so glad that your child seems to have a wonderful teacher. I would just consider that even with a great teacher (not to mention a bad one) children can get further and further behind without help. This not only has an impact academically, but emotionally. Good luck with your decision. We tried OT as well at first. It might have had some impact, but I think many of these issues are just not within the control of a 6 year-old.  [/quote]
