OP - My two stayed in til 8 months but they are on the small side. PP - What kind of developmental issues are you talking about? There was two month difference between when each of my kids started crawling and a four month difference when each started walking, but the late walker (who didn't start til 16 months) became a playground daredevil shortly thereafter.
