Our "nice couple" neighbors got divorced during the pandemic and it was a real shock. They didn't say what happened, and we didn't ask, and no one made assumptions and were still friendly and wave at the dad when he stops by. Why does this affect you except for feeling slightly sad or threatened, which by the way, is normal! No need to assume you really know what happened. [/quote]
