[/quote] There aren't technically divisions at U9 and 10, but they have a common sense structure. They aren't aren't going to play BSC 1 v. Arlington 4, for example. It looks like they put most big clubs top two teams in C and some smaller clubs top team. Even within that, they will match up 1s v 1s and 2 v 2s for the big clubs.
