Ha! That is sweet of you to say, in my perspective as the parent of a child on the 3rd team, but it does seem like many of the kids currently on the top team are considerably better than him. Of course there is still plenty of time for him to improve, and I hope he will!

There aren't technically divisions at U9 and 10, but they have a common sense structure. They aren't aren't going to play BSC 1 v. Arlington 4, for example. It looks like they put most big clubs top two teams in C and some smaller clubs top team. Even within that, they will match up 1s v 1s and 2 v 2s for the big clubs. There are no standings or publicly posted scores at these ages.Anonymous wrote:
Agree, but it looks like when they did that for Alexandria, they didn't account for the fact that MLS Next was added as the top team and pushed all the other "colors" down by one team level. It'll still be fine, it just means that a 2nd level team from someplace else is against a 3rd level Alexandria team now; it is not that off.

U9 C, P S (divison 1-3)
U10 C, O, X (division 1-3)?

So, I think, roughly speaking, what they are calling C at u9/10 is like a hybrid D1/2.

No clue. My son's Alexandria team won division 5 last season and now we are suddenly in division 2, which I think may be tough for us. I don't really get how it works.
