There are 9 ECNL Clubs within 2 hours. The only reason they are not aligned in a conference is because our fascination with HS soccer. That's it.

I don't think anyone is disputing that is the case. The league is simply responding to the desires of it's customers. GAL doesn't do this, you might want to check it out.

I was directly responding to the PP who stated the following:

"Dang, I was hoping the girls conferences were going to be re-aligned and combine MD and VA teams. Pisses me off they have not done so yet."

So yes, people are disputing it as well as not understanding the real reason such a obvious division alignment would otherwise take place. [/quote]
