DP, I think it's you who has the inflated ego if you expect everyone to know and contact you only with specific hours. Put your phone on silent, and it's no problem. People have different schedules and you/they respond when they can. [/quote]

No, at 5:30am I'm responding to the text you sent me at 9pm when I was in bed. If your phone is on silent, what's the big deal?
