And you can only retake in other years if 25 pts or less from the passing score. The scores we get on test day are preliminary and sometimes Pearson will through out a bad question or whatever if there is a clear pattern of students missing it statewide. They have to wait until all the students have taken the test before scores are finalized. Then the scores are sent to the schools and they have to print and mail them to parents. It takes time.[/quote]
