I get that there are people on this board who think that is amazingly easy but there are plenty of kids who will not meet one or both of those requirements. The schools that send the fewest students probably have a much larger number of kids who will not have taken Algebra or have a 3.5 GPA. Heck, I know kids at Carson that will not take Algebra until 9th grade. Step out of your little bubble and realize that the vast majority of people are not interested in TJ and that the kids that you are so afraid of taking a spot at TJ are not going to be handed it simply because they are attending a school with very few kids at TJ.
