PP and should’ve added unless you’re 55+ do not do double wall ovens. Ugh I hate them and refuse to buy a house with them, and all my friends (early 30s) agree. If you’re cooking for a crowd you should be using a variety of methods (smoker, sous vide), and who the heck wants to clean TWO ovens?! [/quote]

Your comment is odd. And ageist. Why “should” you be using a variety of methods for a crowd?

Having multiple ovens (I have one wall and two in my range and a dedicated broiler) means I can cook a joint of meat and bake a cake or more at the same time. Or multiple sheets of cookies.
