I'm really curious about this.
My son is on a lower PPA 09 team, and we were told that there were a lot of 09 kids playing up over the last few years, and they decided to bring them back to their normal age year team, which is why there where so many new kids on Green.
Many other kids were pushed to lower teams because of this. 
Is that not true? 
Don't get me wrong, if they picked up a bunch of really good kids from other programs, I would be fine with that...but it would be odd to lie about it. [/quote]
