I weigh everything. I count it all. I was losing for a bit (lost 5 lbs) and now have gained that all back and more in teh past 8 weeks despite staying within (or below) my points, exercising much more than I normally have, and having a much better diet. My clothes aren't tighter, but the scale continues to go up. Like I said, I gained over a lb in teh last 5 days. It is higher today than when I began WW in January, after months of eating my weight in cookies. I am 5'7. [/quote]
