Anyway, I have to say I think that culturally/ethnically blended and hyphenated last names are the wave of the future! You are riding the wave! Italian-Irish hyphenated last names and international first and middle names were bestowed on our children. They don't even blink. To them, what they have is normal. And in their culturally diverse school, they are the famed "John Jacob Jingle-Heimer-Smiths" as in, "Hey, your name is my name, too!" :D Go for it.[/quote]
