I've done the Faster Way program for almost 2 years. It's been life-changing. To the folks who say it's a waste of money, you simply didn't do it correctly. To the folks who say these workouts are like anything you can find on the internet and there are no helpful meal plans...it's simply not true. There is a wealth of information at your fingertips. This isn't a quick fad diet or detox. It's a change to your entire lifestyle. I combine the workouts with outside HIIT workouts but, honestly, the FW HIIT workouts are great. The at-home strength workouts are amazing. My husband does them with me and always comments on how challenging they are. I've gained so much muscle and lost fat. There are literally hundreds of different workouts. HIIT, strength, resistance bands, kettlebell, kickboxing, yoga, stretching, dance, etc. They give gym and at-home workouts, and show all sorts of modifications for those who need it. ANY fitness level can use this program. This program teaches you that you CAN eat in moderation, as long as you pay attention to your overall macros. Especially protein! It teaches intermittent fasting. There are hundreds if not thousands of recipes and plans for meat-eaters and vegans. The program starts with being in a group for about 7 weeks and being accountable. This helps you learn and grow and create a habit. After those 7 weeks, you only pay if you want to continue to have access to the meal plans and workouts. If you don't want to pay, you already know everything you need to continue intermittent fasting and tracking macros. As for the MLM, there are FW coaches that oversee your first 7 week program. It's a lot of work, and they get paid for it. People get paid for doing good things. It's not like they are selling you the same protein powder every two weeks. If you are committed, want real change, and understand that 90% of the game is nutrition, it's worth it.
