The is an old saying in Econ. Something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.  They would be stupid to sell for less if they can get more. If truly no one will buy it, then its overpriced. We will see. They don't have to sell for less than its worth to "contribute to the community." What utter shyte. [/quote]
