There is a pent up demand for roster change and turnover with essentially no tryouts in 2020. My DD's team is seeing a significant number of girls showing up at practices over the past couple weeks. With tryouts coming up, expectations for a serious infusion of talent which leads to changes, etc. You'll see this a lot amongst 2009 and 2010 age groups as boys and girls position for ECNL/GA roster spots.
