Getting married at 25 is not proof you made good decisions. Actually you probably made a shit ton of bad decisions just like every other 20-25 year old.

I never said I didn’t make one single bad decision, but no it certainly wasn’t a shit ton. Those were all good, responsible, adult decisions and you tried to portray them as negatives.  The point is that 18-25 year olds are perfectly capable of responsible decision making. I do not think they should be off the hook because their brains are not fully developed. They are still adults. “They aren’t fully developed” is just a bunch of psychobabble that the helicopter/snowplow set uses to make them feel better about themselves because they basically have their identity tied up in their kids and can’t bear the thought that the kid might not NEEEED them to come to the rescue for the rest of their adult lives.
