You can do this OP.[/quote] +1 I wouldn’t worry about the weight specifically but I would: -Start a light/moderate exercise routine that you can continue during pregnancy -Cut down significantly on inflammatory foods (sugar, dairy, gluten) and continue during pregnancy -Check your thyroid - ideally your TSH is down around 1-2 -Take appropriate supplements -Have your DH start supplements now to improve sperm health (takes 3 months to kick in) [/quote]
