Thanks, yes, the team is doing badly, unfortunately.  We'll talk to the coach and find out his reasoning.  Part of the reason that I am personally not thrilled about this, in addition to my son not loving the position, is that he's tiny and so I am not sure what his future will be as a defender.  He's not likely to have a big growth spurt, as we are non-Caucasian, and short relative to most men in the U.S.  [/quote]
