In order to really learn a position, you need to spend some dedicated time training and playing in it. If a player is constantly bouncing in and out of position day to day, they aren't really going to learn it well enough to play it proficiently. But it still would be good for the coach to communicate with his players about what he's doing so they understand what's happening. [/quote]
